To patients of Hillcrest Health, Moose Jaw Physical Rehab and Prairie Skies Medical Imaging, we are maintaining or reopening our services on Monday May 4.
We have taken the following steps to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and our patients:
1) If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please call 811.
2) Before an appointment is booked, patients are prescreened.
3) All patients arriving at Hillcrest Health will have their temperature taken when they enter the building and will be required to wear a mask and sanitize their hands.
4) Physical distancing protocols are put in place in our waiting room thereby reducing the amount of people we can accommodate. Please make sure you have an appointment and arrive no more than 10 minutes before.
5) During this time of uncertainty, we are doing everything we can to make patients and staff feel safe. Surfaces are disinfected regularly and a thorough cleaning occurs every night.
6) Hillcrest Health hours remain 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
